Adjacentech has build an AI conversational platform leveraging Microsoft's cognitive services for customer service scenarios that can be used in real application situations. The main purpose is to automate conversations and customer interactions to provide quick and accurate support. These conversations can be text-based or audio-based. It is designed to provide better experience to customers and resolve their problems quickly and efficiently.
Using our platform, we have developed a Smart Food Ordering System to automate customer food ordering process at drive-thru stations. Since fast food drive thrus are not always fast and bottlenecks at ordering stations are common, Adjacentech promises to deliver human-like interactions with technology-driven efficiencies, allowing restaurants to improve customer engagement.
Customers are addressed by a system voice and they reply using their natural, conversational speech patterns. The system accepts and interprets unstructured voice input, so it does not require a person who is ordering to go through a menu tree. The idea is to improve order throughput and menu order fulfillments, and shorten queue lines.
